How We Do?
Step-1
The one-day installation of your polyaspartic floor starts with our full floor preparation, including grinding (to open up the pores of the concrete), stain removal, crack repair, and then a heavy-duty vacuum of all remaining dust and debris.
Step-2
At this point we apply the pigmented polyaspartic basecoat, and then apply the decorative vinyl flakes (your choice of colour). In order to achieve full coverage, we apply 3X the amount of flakes needed… ensuring that perfect finish!
Step-3
Once the full-flake coating has cured (2+ hours), we scrape it with a flat metal edge-tool to smooth out the surface achieving the anti-slip texture as desired. All loose excess material and flakes are then vacuumed up, and your floor is now ready for it’s final coat.
Step-4
The top polyaspartic coat is rolled on, providing that consistent finish.
